  • Chicken 750 gm
  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Papaya 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 ½ gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All Spice 1 tbsp (whole)
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Star anise 6
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp (whole)
  • Green chilies 6
  • Milk ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. First of all take a dish add chicken along with papaya, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, whole all spice powder.

  2. Leave it for half an hour.

  3. In a frying pan, add oil and cook onions until brown, also add chicken and cover it for 20 minutes.

  4. After this add star anise, fennel seeds, whole coriander and place on chicken.

  5. Now add green chilies and spread rice on it along with milk. Cover cook for 20 minutes.

  6. In the end turn off the flame and mix well.

  7. Ready to serve.
