Heat the oil and add onion and garlic paste. Cook the onion until soft.
Add ginger sticks and mix.
Then take pan off heat and add sugar, ketchup, DP sauce, vinegar, mustard powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, red chilli powder salt, 4 tbsp of water, mix and replace on medium flame.
Add in carrots and sauté.
Then add capsicums, peas, baby corn, mushroom, tomatoes, green chillies and half cup of water and cook until water boiled.
In a bowl mix together corn flour and a little water to make a paste.
Add a little of the corn flour at a time until the gravy thickens.
Serve with boiled rice.
