  • Powdered milk 2 cups
  • Milk 1 Liter
  • Egg 1 (Beaten)
  • All purpose flour 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom 8-10
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Saffron pinch
  • Pistachio as required(Roughly Chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil milk in a steel pan, add cardamom and sugar cook at low flame.

  2. Take a bowl add powdered milk, ghee, beaten egg, baking powder and all purpose flour. Mix well.

  3. Make small balls of the dough.

  4. Put these balls to boiled milk and cook for 10-12 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish it with finely chopped pistachios. Serve it cool.

  1. Khushi, make smooth dough and smooth balls as well, be careful for baking powder/baking soda quantity may be you take more then given quantity or the other reason can be over cooked rasmalai balls. thanks
