Peel and wash the prawns throughly.
In pot,slightly heat Dalda Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add fenugreek and mustard seeds and stir fry for a minute.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and prawns and cook until oil separates.
Add salt,red chil;li powder,coriander powder,turmeric and tomatoes.
Mix well. Add rice with 4 cups of water,cover and cook on medium heat until the water dries.
When the water is nearly dried up,put the pot on a griddle,cover and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Dish out,Garnsih and serve hot.
