  • Chicken 250 gm (boneless)
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Plain wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • White pepper as required
  • For Sauce:
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green onion 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Honey ½ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • White pepper as required
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine salt, black pepper, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic, plain wheat flour and corn flour in a bowl.

  2. Mix it thoroughly and add it to the chicken.

  3. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown.

  4. Pour oil in another pan and fry garlic in it.

  5. When it becomes light brown, add honey, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

  6. In the end, add salt, black pepper, white pepper and corn flour mixed with water.

  7. Cook for a while.

  8. Pour lemon slices and green onion over the chicken.

  9. Sprinkle green onion and green chilies, and serve.

  10. Tips:

  11. To get rid of bad odour of the frozen chicken, apply lemon juice on it.
