  • Iceberg 1 chopped
  • Feta Cheese 8 to 10 cubes
  • Black Olives handful
  • Cucumber 1 sliced
  • Crusty Croutons few
  • Cherry Tomatoes 5 to 6
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil 5 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Garlic (minced) 1 clove

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all the vegetables in a a bowl.

  2. Whisk together olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice and black pepper.

  3. Pour over the salad, toss well and add feta cheese along with croutons.

  4. Season with crushed black pepper.

  5. Salad is ready to serve.
