Ingredients

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Parsley 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Spring onion 250 gm (chopped)
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp (minced)
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix mozzarella cheese in chicken mince along with ginger paste, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, parsley, spring onions, red chili powder, garlic mince and 4tbsp oil.

  2. Shape the mixture into medium sized balls and dip in a beaten egg.

  3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry until golden brown.
