Ingredients

  • Pistachios (coarsely ground) ½ cup
  • Eggs 6
  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Green color few drops

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 2 minutes.

  2. Pour mixture in grease Pyrex dish, and bake in a pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in slices and serve warm.

  3. Note: Use one cup full cream dry milk if you don’t find khoya.
