Ingredients

  • Flour 300 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup (grated)

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix flour, yougurt, baking powder, olive oil and salt in a bowl and knead until you have a smooth dough.

  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Flour the working surface.

  4. Take a little ball from the dough and roughly flatten it.

  5. Put grated cheese in the centre and fold the dough.

  6. Flatten the cheese filled dough using a rolling pin.

  7. Place this naan in a hot frying pan and cook both sides for three minutes.
