Ingredients

  • Raw mango 2 (cut julliene about 400 gm)
  • Green onions 2 (cut lengthwise)
  • Red chilies 2 (deseeded and sliced)
  • Dry shrimp 1 ½ tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Peanuts ½ cup (roasted)
  • Fresh coriander 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak mango in a bowl of ice water to make it crisp.

  2. Using a mortar and pestle pound the dry shrimp along with the peanuts, red chili and coriander.

  3. Add the fish sauce, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce and sugar and combine.

  4. On a serving platter place the drained mango and toss along with the green onion pour over the mixture of all the spices and toss well.

  5. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh coriander.
