Pizza has brought lot of variations in its recipes, every other cuisine introduces new pizza flavor. Hara masala Pizza is also a version from asian cuisine, which has evolved from hara masala tikka. Its spicy and the attractive green color gives vibrant color to pizza.

Ingredients

  • Flour ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Milk to knead
  • Water as required
  • For filling:
  • Chicken boneless 2 cups (cubed)
  • Fresh coriander chopped ½ bunches
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • For Topping:
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Olives chopped 12
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm water for 20 minutes.

  2. Mix together ½ kg flour, egg, salt, oil, yeast mixture and knead to dough with milk as required.

  3. Leave it for 1 - 2 hours.

  4. For Filling:

  5. Marinate boneless chicken cubes with green chilies paste, vinegar, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste and oil.

  6. Heat pan and cook marinated chicken till tender.

  7. Roll the dough, spread pizza sauce.

  8. Now pour cream and the put chicken cubes on top.

  9. Spread grated cheese.

  10. Top with chopped olives and sliced capsicum.

  11. Bake in a pre heated oven of 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

  12. Chicken Hara Masala pizza is ready to serve.
