  • مکھن چار اونس
  • کاسٹر شوگر چار اونس
  • انڈے کی زردی ایک عدد
  • ونیلا ایسنس ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • میدہ آٹھ اونس
  • بیکنگ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • دودھ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • کوکو پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کے چمچ
  • انڈے کی سفیدی برشنگ کے لیے

  1. پہلے میدہ اور بیکنگ پاؤڈر کو چھان کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔

  2. اب مکھن کو پھینٹ لیں۔

  3. ساتھ ساتھ اس میں کاسٹر شوگر ڈالتے جائیں۔

  4. پھر اس میں ونیلا ایسنس اور انڈے کی زردی شامل کریں۔

  5. اب اسے چھنے ہوئے میدے میں فولڈ کریں اور دودھ کے ساتھ گوندھ لیں۔

  6. پھر اس مکسچر کے دو حصے کرکے ایک میں کوکو پاؤڈر اور دودھ شامل کریں اور تیس منٹ کے لیے ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔

  7. اب دونوں حصوں کو بیل کر ایک کے اوپر ایک رکھیں اور پسند کے مطابق کاٹ کر ایک سو اسی ڈگری پر بارہ سے پندرہ منٹ بیک کر لیں۔
