A filling and healthy salad that will make a great appetizer and side dish. Chicken is tossed with tomatoes, cabbage, spaghetti and garlic flavored salad dressing. You can also add chopped parsley if you like.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 300 grams
  • Garlic paste 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Spaghetti:
  • Spaghetti ½ packet (approximately 200 gm)
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • For Salad:
  • Tomato 1 finely sliced
  • Cucumber 1 finely sliced
  • Cabbage ½ cup sliced
  • For Dressing:
  • Green chili 1 finely sliced
  • Garlic 1 tbp crushed
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Chicken: In a mixing bowl, add chicken, garlic paste, crushed black pepper, oyster sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste and mix well.

  2. Eave aside for 15 minutes.

  3. Add some olive oil to a frying pan and fry chicken from both sides til cooked through.

  4. Cool and dice the cooked chicken.

  5. For Spaghetti: Boil salted water in cooking pot.

  6. Add olive oil and spaghetti to it and cook for 10 minutes.

  7. Drain and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

  8. Drain and drizzle some olive oil on it.

  9. For Dressing: In a mixing bowl, add a finely sliced green chili, crushed garlic, olive oil, tomato ketchup, salt to taste, mix well.

  10. Now in a mixing bowl, add spaghetti, sliced vegetables and diced chicken with dressing.

  11. Toss the salad and serve.
