Soak soya Granules in milk for an hour.Heat a non stick pan & add onions.
Roast till lightly browned.Add garlic & roast for a minute.
Add ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder & 2 tbsp of water.
Stir & cook for 2 minutes.Add green peas & 1/4 cup of water & mix well.
Cover and cook till peas are nearly done.
Add soya Granules along with the milk and cook till almost dry.
Add coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
