Bhel Puri

In mixing bowl add carrots, onion, puff rice, sev, cucumber, tomato and potato cubes.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric and salt mix it well.

For Sweet and Sour Sauce:

In a blender jug add tamarind paste, dates, cumin powder, red chili powder, brown sugar and salt, blend it well.

Sauce is ready.

Green Sauce:

In a blender jug add green chilies, coriander, lemon juice and salt blend it well.

Green sauce is ready.

For Serving:

In a serving dish place bhail puri and pour both the sauces and serve it.
