Boil the drumsticks with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt with worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
Remove and cool.
Mix all ingredients thououghly, except drumsticks and prepare a thick batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan, dip drumsticks into the thick batter and fry on medium heat to a light brown colour.
Garnish and serve hot lollipops with sauce.
