In a large bowl, place chicken mince, egg noodles, spring onion, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Wet your hands, take 2 tbsp of mixture and shape into round kebab. Repeat this process to all mixture.
Coat kebabs in plain flour then dip into beaten egg. Now put into bread crumbs, turn to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Fry kebab’s for 8 - 10 minutes or until they turn golden.
Serve hot with dips and sauces.
