  • Beef 300 gm (boneless)
  • Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp (crushed)
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Egg 1
  • Fried onion 2
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. In a chopper, chop together beef, fried onions and green chilies.

  2. Now add coconut powder, poppy seeds, red chili, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder and gram flour.

  3. Make kababs.

  4. Dip in to egg and fry.
