  • Rice 125 gm
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder a pinch
  • Laddu 2
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Almond 25 gm (chopped)
  • Pistachio 25 gm (chopped)
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil rice with a little water and mash with a spoon.

  2. In wok heat milk, add in almond, pistachio, boiled mashed rice and sugar.

  3. Cook till thickens. Add khoya, cardamom powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder and saffron. Stir continuously till thickens.

  4. Lastly crush laddu and add to the kheer mixture.

  5. Dish it out and serve.
