Ingredients

  • Bakarkhani 250 gm
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Almonds and pistachio 2 tbsp (sliced)
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Rose water 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Crush bakar kahani into small pieces.

  2. Boil milk and sugar. Now add cream and rose water and mix well.

  3. Grease an oven proof dish put chopped baker khani, top with milk and cream mixture.

  4. Sprinkle almonds and pistachio and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Serve warm.
