Soak saila rice in water for about 1/2 an hour and boil.
In a glass of water add sugar cook it until thickens.
In another pan heat ghee put cardamom and clove.
When releases aroma, add sugar syrup cook it and also add milk, cook for 8 minutes.
Add rice cook little then add khoya, gulab jaman, murabba, coconut and sprinkle all food colors.
Cover with lid steam for 10 minutes on low flame.
Motunjun is ready to serve.

Thank you for the recipe. I am looking for Mutanjun which was cooked with meat, and the rice used to be sweat and sour. Normally ( lemon Ka Sath) was added to make rice sour. Can we get the original taste of muthanjun. The recipies most of the channel offer is close to zarda. Thanks for helping to locate the recipe.
