  • Peas ½ kg
  • Lemon 1
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and ground)
  • Tamarind juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a wok, heat oil and peas and sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. Then add red chili flakes, roasted and ground cumin, tamarind juice, juice of lemon and salt and allow cooking for 5 minutes.

  3. Juicy and spicy peas are ready to serve.
