Jalebis can be made thin, crispy or thick, juicy and made by deep-frying batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. The sweet Jalebi are served warm or cold but goes best when served hot. Eating soaked Jalebi with milk is useful remedy for sour throat.
