Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions till it turns golden brown.
Place the onions on an absorbent paper and crush.
Now cook prawns in a pan and till color changes.
Then add crushed onion, turmeric, black pepper crushed, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add green chilies, lemon leaves and curry leaves.
Dissolve coconut cream powder in water and pour it curry.
In the end sprinkle salt and squeeze the juice of lemons.
Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and ginger julienne, serve it with rice.
