Hammer pasanday and add in ginger garlic, raw papaya paste, bihari masala and 1 lemon juice.
Grease the frying pan with oil and put in the pasanday cook till it is golden brown from both the sides.
Mash boiled potatoes and add in salt, cumin seed, black pepper, lemon juice, butter and mint leaves.
Now put some hot milk on the bread slices spread the potato mixture and put bihari pasanday over it.
Cover it from the other slice.
Sandwiches are ready to serve.
