  • Brinjal/baigan 1/2 kg Small green
  • Onion Roasted (paste) 1
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Haldi 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Gur 1 1/2 tsp
  • Rai/Musturd (powder) 1/2 tsp
  • Imli pulp 1 1/2 tsp
  • khashkash Roasted (powder) 1 1/2
  • Coconut 1 tsp
  • Peanut/mong phalli 1 1/2
  • Ginger/garlic 1 1/2
  • Cury leaves 0 to 7

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the oil, fry brinjal with green chilies lightly then take out.

  2. In the same oil add onion paste, fry lightly then add all masala, bhono well.

  3. When oil is coming on top add brinjal, cook on low flame.

  4. Add imli pulp, gur, then add fried green chilies.

  5. Dish out give baghar of red whole chilies, zeera, curry leaves serve with plain rice or roti.
