  • Potatoes boiled 5
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 2 tsp
  • Anaar dana 1 tbsp
  • Green corriander 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green chili as required
  • Whole Corriander(sabut dhanya) 1 tbsp
  • Flour 5 cup
  • Salt as to taste
  • Ghee/oil 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Mash the potato and mix all things in it.

  2. Make payra from flour and fill with potato mixture in middle.

  3. Then flatten them all with rolling pin.

  4. And fry them on pan with little oil.
