Grind the fenugreek.
Chop paneer into small pieces and fry till golden.
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add the fenugreek.
Sprinkle a little water and cook gently till fenugreek is tender and water dries up.
Add all the spices and paneer pieces.
Add about 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, then remove.
The fenugreek should coat the paneer pieces.
Serve hot with chapaties.
