  • Chinese noodles 225 gm = 8 oz
  • Prawns (peeled, cooked) 100 gm = 4 oz
  • Chicken fillet (thinly sliced) 225 gm = 8 oz
  • Carrot (peeled and shredded) 1
  • Red pepper (cored, seeded and thinly sliced) 1 small
  • Bean sprouts 3 oz
  • Dried mango powder (amchur) 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbs
  • Soya sauce 2 tbs
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water, for about 4-5 minutes.

  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Heat a wok and add oil.

  4. Stir fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes or until almost cooked.

  5. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Add the remaining vegetables, vinegar and soya sauce.

  7. Cook for about 2 minutes.

  8. Toss in noodles and Prawns and fry for 2 minutes.

  9. Serve immediately

  10. Note:You can use green pepper instead of red and add other vegetables like mushrooms or peas.
