Tempting Mughlai kabab are made with lots of interesting flavors. Cottage cheese, cream, almonds make them rich and creamy. Whereas green vegetables imparts beautiful texture. It can be served as side dish, snacks, lunch boxes or picnic baskets.

  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic 2 - 3 clove
  • Egg white 2
  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Bread slices 4
  • Green chili 4 (chopped)
  • Almond sliced 5 - 7
  • Green coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Mint sliced ½ bunch
  • Black pepper 1tsp (powder)
  • White cumin powder 1tsp
  • Chicken cubes flour 1tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as require
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil chicken fillets with garlic cloves, black pepper and salt.

  2. Now shred chicken and mix with sliced almonds, cottage cheese, bread slices, green chili, onion , salt, fresh cream, black pepper, green coriander, mint and chicken cubes flour and make kababs of them.

  3. Dip the kababs in egg white and mix with bread crumbs.

  4. Shallow fry the kababs, by turning from both sides till they turn golden brown.

  5. Dish them out and serve with tomato ketchup.
