Ingredients

  • Sugar 250 grams
  • Milk solid ½ kg
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Coconut 2 cups (grated)
  • Semolina ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Kewra essence a few drops

Cooking Directions

  1. Sauté semolina in a pan.

  2. In another pan boil milk, cardamom, and sugar; mix it well.

  3. In a cup mix water with a pinch of color and pour it into milk.

  4. Add milk solid in milk and stir it continuously.

  5. Then put coconut to mix.

  6. In the end transfer semolina in pan and cook it till batter becomes thick.

  7. Dish it out and garnish with coconut.
