  • Pasta 200 gm
  • Milk ½ liter
  • All purpose flour 4 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 4 slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Capsicums 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Onion 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Tomatoes 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Carrot 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Green shallots 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Sugar ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water, drain and rinse well.

  2. Now gently heat butter in a sauce pan.

  3. Mix in flour and saute it for a while on medium low heat.

  4. Now turn the heat down to very low and gently mix in milk while stirring continuously with a round wooden spoon.

  5. Increase the flame to medium and cook while stirring till sauce thickens.

  6. Add sugar and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Now add all the vegetables and pasta to sauce.

  8. Now add boiled pasta to the milk and place it on an oven dish.

  9. Pour this mixture in a oven proof dish.

  10. Slice the cheese slices and spread them on top of the pasta.

  11. Bake the pasta for 12 - 15 minutes at 150°C.

  12. Your tasty Baked Pasta is ready.

  13. Cut Baked Pasta in squares and serve with ketchup.
