Put almonds in a chopper and strat the machine
After 1 min add sugar and let the machine grinding now add 2 drops of almon essence and now wait after two minutes u will see that the mixture will start making the shape of dough if you think its not shaping up properly, add just 2-3 drops of water or u can add rose water as soon as it takes the dough shape pour it out
You can add liquid food color of ur desire to make different shapes for ur cake decoration
Seal it in air tight bag before refrigerating it its ready

Vanaluika, traditionally Marzipan is prepared with almonds and sugar only. In some recipes of Marzipan other inexpensive ingredients are also added like soy paste, apricot or peach kernel. Making Marzipan with cashews can be a little more expensive than almond based Marzipan. However, most nuts are nearly similar in properties and texture. Try replacing almonds with cashews in the same recipe and see if it works for you. Good luck!

if its brown that means u didnt remove the thin cover of almond and if its lumpy u have to dry almonds and dont use rose water then or first put sugar slowly when u pour half of sugar then add 2 drops of rose water and dont worry first time is always learning time :)
