Sweet Potato Kheer

Boil sweet potatoes with skin, peel and mash.

Blend in blender with half milk, sieve the mixture.

Fry vermicelli in a pot, add remaining milk and cook.

Add sugar and yellow food color when vermicelli becomes tender.

When sugar dissolves, add sweet potato mixture and cook till mixture thicken.

Remove from flame.

Mix currants and condensed milk in the hot kheer.

Pour sweet potato kheer in a bowl, garnish with almonds and pistachios.

Sweet Potato Kheer is ready to Serve.
