Boil pasta and keep aside.
In a bowl mix together cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and fresh cream. Mix well.
Add in salt and black pepper.
Heat oil in a wok, add in celery stick and parsley.
Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Now add boiled pasta and mix well for a few minutes.
Then add cheese sauce and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Dish it out and serve hot.
