Ingredients

  • Plain cake 1 pound
  • Green Jelly 1 packet
  • Red Jelly 1 packet
  • Mixed fruit 2 cups (chopped)
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Fruit juice 1 cup
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Caster sugar 6 tbsp heaped
  • Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Cherry for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Prepare each jelly in one cup water and keep a side to set.

  2. Make custard with milk, caster sugar and custard powder.

  3. Arrange the cake cubes at the bottom of the bowl.

  4. Sprinkle fruit juice on cake, then spread chopped fruit.

  5. Set jelly crystals and pour the custard on top.

  6. Decorate with cream and cherries.

  7. Serve chilled.
