Take the under - cut meat cut into thin slices, marinade with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil & mustard paste for 30 minutes.
Take Ice-berg lettuce, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, wash and dip into chilled water.
Julienne cut the bell peppers.
Add them to the bowl of lettuce.
Take grill pan or frying pan, and heat on a medium flame.
Grill the marinated beef steaks from both the sides, cook till soft & tender, remove from the grill, and leave it to cool.
Now julienne cut the beef and add to the lettuce bowl, add salt & pepper for seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tomato wedges, toss well.
Serve in a deep platter.
