For sauce: Take another pan, put butter and olive oil.
Add plain flour, mix well and cook it for 2 minutes more.
Then add 2 cups chicken stock, stir and let it one bubble boil then remove from fire.
For Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms well then dish out fried mushrooms from pan.
Now add chicken pieces and fry it.
Add garlic paste in it and cook till light golden.
Now add fried mushrooms, cook it 5 minutes.
Add remaining chicken stock, white pepper, mustard paste, woostershire sauce and mix well.
Now add sauce in it and cook for few minutes till turned into bit gravy form.
