Chicken Fried Rice

Wash chicken breast, remove bones and skin and cut into small pieces.    

In a bowl put chicken pieces, 1/2 tsp salt and white pepper toss well.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and fry beaten eggs.

Now in wok heat 2 tbsp oil add chicken and stir fry.

Put beans sprouts, mushrooms and 1/2 tsp salt fry for 1 minute remove from stove.

Rice:In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add rice and fry 1 minute.

Put soya sauce and dash white pepper mix well.

Chop green onions with top and fry in oil for 1 minute.

In rice add onion,eggs and chicken stir fry for a minute.
