Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • For Garlic Sauce:
  • Garlic 1 bulb (chopped)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper powder.

  2. Leave it for ½ an hour.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry chicken on low flame till water dries.

  4. For Sauce: Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, sauté then add flour and fry.

  5. Add milk along with soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, black pepper powder and parmesan cheese.

  6. Cook for 2 minute, pour this sauce on the fried chicken and grill for 10 minutes.

  7. Serve in platter with garnish.
