Makkai ki roti is eaten in winters with saag of sarsoon, palak, qulfa and etc. You can add some pure clarified butter on top of roti when serve.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oil / clarified butter for fry
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a bowl and put wheat flour and corn flour in it.

  2. Now add salt and water (as you required) to knead it to make dough.

  3. Now make medium balls from dough.

  4. Roll into chapattis on a rolling board.

  5. Pour some clarified butter or oil on tawa put roti.

  6. Roast both the side of it and serve it.
