Moong Dal Vada - Crispy vada very delicious kind of pakora/fritters. It's more delicious then gram flour's pakoras because you don't feel heavy after having these vadas as compare to gram flour pakoras. Enjoy it's crispy, spicy taste texture with family in ramadan or as tea time snack.

Ingredients

  • Yellow lentil ¼ kg
  • Onion ¼ kg
  • Green chillies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red chilli (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Coriander (whole) 2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind the yellow lentil finely in chopper.

  2. Then add yellow lentil in a bowl.

  3. Now add salt, crushed red chilli, cumin, whole coriander, black pepper, green chillies and onion. Mix well.

  4. Keep aside for half an hour.

  5. Heat oil in a pan.

  6. Now make this mixture in shape of fritters with hands.

  7. Delicious moong daal vada is ready.

  8. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
