Pre-heat the oven at 180 C.
Melt chocolate and butter together over a steam bath or in a pan on very low heat while stirring.
Once chocolate and butter is all melted mixed well, remove and cool.
Beat sugar and eggs with electric beater till well mixed, thick and fluffy.
Mix in vanilla, salt and baking powder.
Now fold in chocolate mixture with a spatula.
Fold in sifted flour with a spatula.
Lightly coat the chunky white and and milk chocolate in flour.
Fold in brownie batter.
Pour the batter in a greased 9X13" baking dish.
Bake it for 30 - 35 minutes.
Remove, cool, cut in squares and serve.
(Store the brownies in an air tight box).
