  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Mustard seed 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 3 – 4
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 3 – 4
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped0
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 4

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil tomatoes and be seeded.

  2. Then in a pan heat oil and fry mustard seeds and whole cumin.

  3. Put garlic, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it.

  4. Add tomatoes, vinegar, brown sugar and salt, cover so that tomatoes soften and oil forms layer.

  5. Now crack eggs and pour one by one over the gravy and cover it to simmer.

  6. When eggs changes the color to white then dish out.

  7. Garnish coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
