In a skillet put clarified butter and fry gum in it and set aside.
Now in the same clarified butter add almonds, pistachio, walnuts, sesame and mix seeds, fry well and set aside.
Now preheat a griddle, place whole wheat flour flatbread and crumble them.
Then crush dry fruit and gum (gondh).
Now add flatbread crumbs, ground dry fruit and sugar in mixing bowl.
Now mix all ingredients in same clarified butter.
Then add milk and cook well.
Take out in dish and serve.
