Indian Grilled Chicken is grilled in oven with marinated spices. Whole chicken is most impressive appetizer or starter of the special dinner feast. Serve with french fries, coles law and ketchup. Garnish with boiled eggs and salad leaves.

  • Chicken 1 kg whole
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Coriander 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Orange color 1 pinch

Cooking Directions

  1. Prick chicken well marinate with chili powder, chili sauce, white cumin, coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, yogurt, lemon juice, allspice and orange color and leave it for 2 hours.

  2. Put in an oven tray and grill on 180 degree C for 1 hour.

  3. Serve with fries.
