In a small bowl mix all stuffing spices.
Cut off stalk and slit lady finger, stuff mix spices in lady finger with help of knife.
Heat oil in a pan, put stuffed lady finger in and stir fry over medium low heat until brown. Keep aside.
In same oil stir fry onions, tomatoes and green chilies for about 10 minutes. Then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and lady finger. Mix well and cover, cook over low heat until onions and tomatoes soft. Keep on stirring it from time to time.
At the end sprinkle whole dry coriander and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Serve with roti.
