Ingredients

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Condensed milk 500 gm
  • Ghee 124 gm
  • Cashew nut powder 1 cup
  • Pistachios chopped 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 5 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook together cashew nut powder, sugar, ghee, milk and cardamom over medium heat in a non-stick saucepan until it becomes caramel like in color.

  2. Add condensed milk and cook for 30-35 minutes on a low flame until it becomes like a paste.

  3. Mix in chopped pistachios.

  4. Remove from the heat and pour into any mold or a buttered tray.

  5. Let it set.

  6. Cut into your desired shapes and serve.
