Ingredients

  • Bananas 4
  • Eggs 2
  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Honey as required
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together flour, eggs, sugar and baking powder.

  2. Now peel the bananas, cut each banana lengthwise and then into four pieces.

  3. Heat oil in a wok, dip each piece of banana into the batter and deep fry til golden brown and crisp.

  4. Drain on a paper towel.

  5. Drizzle some honey over the banana fritters and serve.
