  • Skimmed milk 800 ml
  • Cream 200 ml (whipped)
  • Hazelnut paste 20 gm
  • Milk chocolate 250 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop chocolate and melt it.

  2. Boil milk, cream and hazelnut paste and stir well to mix.

  3. Gradually pour boiling liquid over melted chocolate and whisk until texture is smooth.

  4. Pour remaining liquid and blend well.
